Overused phrases — words and phrases that show up disproportionately often in generic or low-effort writing: "delve into," "it's important to note," "unlock the power of," "in today's fast-paced world," "boasts," "seamless," "elevate your," "navigate the landscape," "a testament to," "game-changer," "plays a pivotal role," and similar. Using one occasionally is normal. A draft dense with them usually reads as generic regardless of who or what wrote it.
Hedge density — "may," "might," "could potentially," "it's possible that" stacked up in a way that says nothing concrete. Sometimes necessary, often a sign a claim needs to be made more specific or cut.
Structural repetition — three-item lists back to back, "not only X but also Y" patterns repeated, sentences that all open the same way. Not wrong on their own; monotonous in volume.
